WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE DELIVERED?
      As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace details of your package. This allows you to follow your package by the end of the day.
LARGE BUSINESS ORDERS
      The lead time for large business orders may be longer than regular, depending on the available stock. For personalised products, a delivery time of several business days applies.
      Note: We will contact you if the order cannot be sent as a package but is delivered on a pallet.
ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE FOREIGN
      Orders that are shipped to may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of a shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
      Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
